Forest Park at Fletcher Hills

Worst property management I have ever had to deal with. They shut your water and power off constantly with little to no notice, there are homeless people sleeping by your doors, the entire property is infested with cockroaches. Laundry room is constantly being trashed, broken, or slept in by the homeless. The amenities are either broken or discusting, and the valet trash is a nightmare. The leasing team is incompetent and poorly managed. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Forest park is is great place to live, people are friendly and you will feel at home

I moved from the East Coast and was able to look at videos of the interior and had great, fast communication from management. This made it super easy to apply and sign a lease, they went above and beyond helping my get the keys, and everything has been much better than expected. For being such a large apartment complex, I was expecting it to be a lot noisier, potentially dirty or bug infested, but it's none of that. I'm really impressed by how well such a large complex is managed.

I enjoy living at forrest park, its very nice and peaceful.

Forest Park has the community atmosphere of a college campus, instead of the boxed-in feel of most apartments I have known.
