Only bad thing is the roaches
Really sucks when the complex has everything great (facilities (onsight clean laundry rooms), neighbors (legit people are normal here), maintenance(actually fixes stuff on time), location(close to the 8 fwy and near food places)), but they do nothing permanent about the roaches. Roaches have infested my building for several years at least from my experience several years and talking with neighbors (their stories are worse). Have requested and gotten spraying and baiting, but the roaches are... everywhere. Kitchen and outside coming in.
Literally the only thing I find wrong here are the roaches. It's disgusting. Up the walls, day and night. The creep through tiny gaps in the door, the tiny holes at the bottom of window frames, and through the patio and water drains.
Just be aware if you try to rent here.
