great location, great community.

great location, and great community. there are people here who care about creating and maintaining a pleasant place to live and a neighborly atmosphere.

management is sometimes not super responsive, and seems to have no regard for keeping their tenants, which results in high turnover at times. rents are regularly raised, sometimes irrationally. long term, good tenants who pay rent on time are not given any consideration when those raises occur.

noise levels can be high. you can hear... your neighbors above and next to you.

overall, a nice place to live despite the downfalls.
