I’m not one to complain, but take my advice. Do not move here. Parking is always an issue, their management just changed for the worse. And my bathroom roof just pretty much dropped on me, and no help at all. Just think twice, that’s all I’m saying.

The staff has been nothing but helpful, the grounds are constantly being cared for and the maintenance requests are tended to swiftly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

very disappointing about everything. There is always garbage in the area. The charge you a lot. After we vacated the apartment and it was super clean, but these guys charged us about $520 for painting and about $240 for cleaning. No painting or cleaning was necessary at all. They said if you don't pay, they would report it to credit agencies. They never pick up the phone to discuss. After the walkthrough, they did not tell us anything about painting or cleaning. I don't think this is a one star complex (maybe closer to 2.5) but my experience was especially bad, so I decided to write a review. I would not recommend living here.

Location is excellent. It's a mile and a half from Moonlight beach and some other good restaurants neaby.

The paint in the apartment is cheap, as are most of the appliances. Parking isn't great, but that's one of the sacrifices you make to live in a great location.

The staff was terrible. The manager moved my roommate and I… into an infested apartment. From the image I attached, you can see that our kitchen was completely infested with roaches (the tenants above were terribly messy). We dealt with this for 2 WHOLE MONTHS while constantly asking the manager to do something about it. They refused to allow us to switch to a different unit and they wouldn't even let us break our lease early without charging an early termination fee!

So I did the following:
1. Called the state health department and filed a complaint
2. Met with a health inspector, showed him the unit, and had him declare the unit as infested
3. Called an attorney to see what the next steps should be. He said we should leave the apartment and not pay an early termination fee since the complex was unable to fix the issue for two months.

My roommate and I were worried about the potential legal issues we'd have to deal with but we prepared ourselves to break the lease early. We were also worried about the apartment filing a negative comment on our credit.

Right before we were about to order a U-Haul the manager called us (a new manager this time, they cycle through one every other month) and she said they were able to get the neighbors above us to move out. My roommate and I were suspicious but we took the risk and decided not to break the lease. Turns out, the neighbors above left and the infestation cleared up.
