Relocated from Santa Monica, California to Encinitas, California. After desiring to live in the area, chose Triton Encinitas. I stopped by unannounced, and Addy gave me a tour of the property. I was and am still very impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and floor plans of the apartments. Addy was very helpful in helping me choose an apartment, applying online and getting everything completed prior to moving. The proximity to the beach, friendliness of the residents and the responsiveness... of the property staff is a game changer! Love Triton Encinitas!!!

Addy has been very helpful in every step of the way. She’s quick to respond and solve any issues on the property. The rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly as well.
I really feel at home in this community and love walking my dog around the community. We have feel so much peace living here and grateful to be at this beautiful community. They are quick to do work orders and the property is always clean. The view of the ocean is the icing on the cake from the rooftop.

Triton Apartments is a beautiful property, awesome location and the leasing staff was wonderful to work with. In particular, Addy has been exceptionally helpful and kind, especially since I became a resident. I work from home and travel a good bit so this is ideal. Fellow residents have been kind as well.
