Lindley Apartments are amazing. My 1 Bedroom 1 Bath is spacious and washer and dryer is included. The complex is like a resort. It has a deck with lounge chairs and BBQ Pits. It has a nice size pool with a Jacuzzi and also a 24 hour fitness center. It is in the perfect location only two blocks from Ventura Blvd. It is close to several restaurants and only 12 miles from Los Angeles. They also have a policy that if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days you can move out without ... breaking the lease. The Lindley Apartments are a nice place to live. The staff is super friendly and the management is very quick to resond to issues and any questions we have had. The property is kept clean and overall the residents are all friendly. There is a pool, a larg gym, sauna, sundeck and bbq area. Iwe have a 2 bedroom that comes with 2 parking spaces. Also the complex has arranged for a different food truck to come every Wednesday. Its a god and cat friendly bldg too. They also provide dog bags outside... for the residents to use. Its a very safe gated community with security petroll. The only a few bad things: 1) is that it is directly next to the 101 freeway. We have double pain windows and we can still hear the freeway at all hours of the day and night. 2) The apartments are pricy considering the noise pollution. The rent increases each year are 10% to 15%, wich is outstanding. They wanted to raise our rent $300 this last time, but they did come down when we asked them to. 3) the last thing is that they do not cover water.
