Terrible management

Just recently moved out of this place, management is horrible and they argue with everyone and never know the rules of, I hear the manager yelling at people consistently, this is not a friendly or child friendly environment to live in

It's unfortunate that when someone gets evicted for not paying rent, they feel the need to drag the Property Management company through the mud. Be responsible for your actions.

Takes forever

I do like my apartment but ever since new management has taken over it takes them a longer time to fix things. The management was introduced as a female manager and her husband but good luck getting her to do anything. She refuses to answer the door, pick up the phone or do anything in the apartments. Not even a ‘hi’ as you walk by her. Pretty much useless. George was 10x better and was always on top of things that you needed fixed in the apt.

this building is infested

This building is infested with cockroach. The pest control didn't help at all even after spraying many times .

Western Exterminator is the contracted vendor for this property.
They are a well respected exterminator service with years of excellent service ratings.
They perform a monthly service at this property and there has never… been an a reported issue.
They performed many inspections of this newly occupied unit and have determined that this issue was an isolated incident. We are continuing to monitor this isolated issue to ensure that all tenants living here have a clean and comfortable environment to live in.
