The Village

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO! 10X CARS IN THE PAST 5X DAYS AND STILL THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SECURITY CAMERAS DO NOT WORK! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! MGMT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. REPORTING ENCINO VILLAGE APARTMENTS/SCOTT PROPERTIES TO A PRIVATE INVESTIGATION TEAM!

The Village Apartments have been a blessing. Everyone knows how incredibly difficult it is to find affordable, sane, housing in Los Angeles, so we were very lucky to find this place. It's still expensive, but for LA it's a good find and we make it work the best we can. Our 2 kitties love it as well. I wish it was a non-smoking complex but that would be my only "room for improvement." We still live paycheck to paycheck, but we are incredibly appreciative to call this place our home. I have been here a year and a half and I have had nothing but good experiences here. The unit I have is a good size and has a private balcony, which I love. The management is very good and friendly. Anytime that I have had an issue with something in the apartment they had someone in there to fix it right away. The pool area is very nice and spacious. The building feels very secure and safe and even has a night guard that patrols every night. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone... looking to live in the Encino area. Read More
