Poor management/ownership

They don’t treat everyone equally. They pick and choose- selective lease rule enforcement. They do not care that there’s not enough parking. They do not care that some people violate certain lease rules and harass other residents “as long as they pay their rent on time” PATHETIC.

They do not update anything (appliances, cabinets, windows, gym equipment, etc)

Great Community

Elan River Village Apartments has a lot to offer. Just minutes away from school and shopping and not to mention it's easy to get to both the 15 and 78 freeways. I like that it feels like a small community and parking is pretty good. I love the little wooded area that runs behind the property and we have a beautiful pool, work out room, tennis & basketball and playground and also doing laundry is pretty easy.
The Staff is great, always friendly and when we have a maintenance issue all we have... to do is stop in or call and it gets taken care of quickly. Thank you Samantha and Melanie for helping make us feel at home here at River Village. We love it
