Loved it !

I just moved out of apartment 77 and I loved my apartment. Updated and nice . Great storage space. Quiet and neighbors are nice. I had no issues . Easy move in and move out and Jocelyn is great and helped me with anything I needed.! Parking is so much easier than other apartments and pricing is the same compared to others around!

Fill with cockroaches and bats all around property . Bad Management . Save your money and time . Find something better not worth it.

not worth your time or money

I highly recommend going anywhere else. I have lived here 3 years, same apartment and always paid my rent. My apartment flooded because the upstairs neighbors had a leak and I was forced to run equipment for a week to dry the carpets with a new born baby. Several fans and a dehumidifier... The manager then refused to give us any credit for the extra power usage. We wanted to replace our carpet in the living room because after 3 years it was pretty worn but they made us pay for the replacement… and also said they would charge us to remove it when we left. I have seen more than a few managers, it comes from the top. There are many places to rent affordably in Sacramento, don't waste your time or money here.

Why call anywhere else in Sacramento Home.

We have a sweet and responsive management team whom I have known for years and have no desire to swap them out. That goes for the maintenance crew as well. When I had AC service done I did not go the next day to risk being hot they were so quick to have someone fix the issue. I live right by the bike trail. Taking a nap whether at the pool area or in your apartment is easy because of the quiet atmosphere. The location is ideal for me in that I do not have to drive a great distance across… town to my work. This place is bang for the buck...Why move.
