Safe and Secure Place to Live

The management is great! This place is quiet, clean and modern. I love it, just minutes from my work and peace when I come home. DJ

Beautiful, Quiet, and Serene

We love this place! The beautiful tall shady pine trees and natural landscaping make us feel like we're in the mountains. And it's always quiet and serene. From the beginning, the staff (John and Marissa) made us feel like we were part of their family. John entertained us with his witty sense of humor as he took us through the paperwork, and Marissa talked about family, as she welcomed us with a beautiful plant taken from a cutting of the large beautiful Monstera Deliciosa plant in her office.… Our baby plant is thriving, just like we are in this beautiful paradise of an apartment complex. The maintenance crew are very polite and hardworking. I think that John and Marissa set the tone of the whole place, and so everyone seems to be very happy!

John and Marissa helped us cosign for our son so that he could have his own apartment. They welcomed our son with so much love ... like he was one of their own. God bless John and Marissa ... good people and good hearts is what makes this place thrive!

Construction, dog poop, and new management

New management as of 2017.

They will nickel and dime you in any way possible to keep as much deposit as possible, expect to lose at least 50%.

They have been under construction for almost 2 years with minimal communication on how long it will take to finalize, originally set to finish April-May 2017, it is almost October and no end in sight. But don't worry, "they priced their units lower due to construction."

They send notices about not having any decorations visible from outside your unit,… which includes your balcony/patio.

Their hot tub jets are non-functional, they say that the county inspector set their jets to a lower setting....conveniently after children broke the jets by putting bubble bath into it.

Very little parking in most areas of complex, broken sprinklers flooding walkways at night, dog poop everywhere, no recycling dumpster at half of garbage areas.

This place might be a decent complex in 2019, otherwise, STAY AWAY!
