Amazing Place to live

An Amazing place to call home, I’ve been living here for 5 months now and Adrian and Jennifer always greet me and my baby with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds are always kept clean my assigned parking is always available. I couldn’t be happier thank you so much Adrian and Jennifer for making it such a great place to live.

Steer Clear-Severe Cockroach Infestation

If you enjoy living with roaches throughout your apartment and having random people park in you assigned spot, this is the complex for you.
The infestation is so bad that even with multiple Orkin “treatments”, they are still everywhere at all times of day.
My biggest regret is moving here.
This is all on property management company who is obviously pinching Pennies and not taking care of the complex to rid it of roaches. As soon as someone moves out, The next person is coming in within days.… Disgusting

Overcharge for water

Parkwood is a nice apartment complex. Easy highway access, right around the corner from Solano Town Center and lots of food options nearby. New management sucks but overall a decent place to live. They run sprinklers throughout the night and charges for it. Water bill is consistently high no matter the usage.

NEW MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE

We just recently got new management about two weeks ago, and since then they have neglected all problems that the complex has had. The laundry room has been out of service for TWO weeks with no definite finish in sight. Any time we ask about it, they have some excuse that “someone is coming to fix it today..” or “we’re still waiting for a part.” How does that take two weeks?! There’s no sense of urgency at all. Old management would have NEVER let us go two weeks without our laundry room, or they… would have compensated the residents. The complex feels completely unsupervised, and it has been a horrible first impression. Please get someone who actually cares to manage this place and not just a paycheck, because you guys have been terrible and so disappointing so far.
