Creek at 2645 Apartments

cozy neighborhood I have been living here for 8 months now and I have enjoyed my time. The community is very respectful and it is generally quiet. The only issue I have with neighbors is that they don’t pick up after their dogs. There are designated dog park areas, but they are littered with poop. Sometimes the poop spills over to the sidewalks too. My apartment is right next to one of the dog parks, so I always have to be extra careful when im walking in and out. Other than that, the apartment... is very nice and we love the vaulted ceilings. It is also nice to have a designated private patio. It is also very nice to have automatic lighting in the bathroom! Unresponsive and inconsiderate They don’t respond in a timely manner unless you bombard them with messages, they close work orders that are not actually done, and they have no consideration of anyone’s time. They try to cover things up and make it seem like we are being a bother for asking for basic things,. We have only been there 5 months and would already like to move as soon as possible.

I don’t even know where to start. Since I moved into this apartment 05/2022, I’ve experienced nothing but problems. Is it easy to get into? Sure. Are you going to enjoy your stay? Absolutely not. If anything, I guarantee that you’ll feel regret after the first month living here. Trust me… I’m not the only one who feels this way and am sure if you have a conversation with any another tenant, they’ll -also have something negative to say.

If you’re... considering this complex at all, be ready for persistent maintenance issues and never getting them repaired or resolved, lack of communication and support from management, and safety + security concerns. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for someplace you want to call home. This 110% isn’t it!

The only thing I appreciate about this place is Crystal, one of the leasing agents. She keeps it real and makes an effort to provide transparency. At the end of the day though, it all comes down to management stepping up and doing a better job to maintain livable conditions in these units.

Oh, I forgot to mention… they can’t retain staff. The whole maintenance team recently quit. There was maybe 3-4 of them before, but it would take them weeks or sometimes months for them to get around to my service requests. 99% of the times too, the issues were never fully repaired or resolved, only temporarily fixed for a short period. They weren’t minor problems either. I went the whole winter without heat and started putting in work orders for mt HVAC system in December 2022. It’s not 08/2023 and I have no access to air conditioning. I live with my emotional support dog and our unit temperature ranges from 85-95 degrees.

Before I conclude this rant, I want to add that after 16 months of living here, I’m just now getting my washer and dryer. On my initial move-in day 05/2022, I was notified last minute that the original unit I was supposed to be in wasn’t ready. The one I ended up in came with a washer and dryer, but they needed to order new ones. I would constantly reach out regarding when I was to receive them and management either ignored me, or told me they were back ordered. I went 6+ months without contacting them about it and finally figured that it was time to ask for what was promised to me.
