They changed their system 1/2 into the month of June. Their new system wasn’t up and running showing everything you needed to pay for the month of July. You had to go in person and ask what your total was. I was told by the receptionist that it was the total from the old system plus whatever number the receptionist gave you for your rent. I check the new system and the math ain’t mathing. If they tell you that your late fee is before the 5. That’s not what the emails I’d get spammed with stating... that late fees occurred on the 6th of every month.

Don’t sign the low income flyers. They get tax deductions. They can’t even fix the apartments.

1 week before fire they were supposed to do inspections and failed to do so. No fire extinguisher when we first arrived. Luckily they were placed before the fire.

I am confused whether the notifications regarding repairs are accurate, or if they are intended to allow management to access a resident's apartment under the guise of general inspections. We have received two notices about repairs, yet no actual work has been done at the time. Luckily it took less than a year to get some repairs fixed. Just seems like the landlord special when it comes to getting things fixed around here. But hey they get it done right? Even if it does take a couple of months. I would love some fresh air, but there are no screens on most windows or a door screen. Unfortunately, the majority of the low-rating reviews appear to be quite accurate. It's upsetting because our last apartment in Santa Rosa was owned by the same company, and management was amazing. It's just upsetting and confusing, to say the least.
The sink yall, we moved in and not until my kids started playing is when we noticed the leak. This is our sink after living here for 17 months. Leak is still there. What tests are plumbers supposed to do when there is a leak and a ton of corrosion. Yall before moving in please look under your sink. Seems too much but better have it noted day 1. Also the inspection a week before the fire. I believe it could have been prevented if they actually followed through with their inspections. Read More

No Maintenance In Over A Week We submitted our maintenance request upon an hour of moving in and are yet to get our request looked at. We’ve been without electricity in our livingroom since day 1 and our AC hasn’t worked which has been awful considering the hot weather these last couple of days and my medical conditions that causes me to overheat faster and am prone to heatstrokes. We had issues getting our key on the first day, and there’s so many broken appliances in the apartment such as the... dishwasher, our faucet, and missing window nets. My sister was locked in her room because the door wouldn’t open due to the doorknob being broken that she had to jump out of the window to get out. Inspections should happen the moment a tenant moves out, not the night prior to new tenants moving in which now we are dealing with the consequences. Read More

0 communication and still not working I have tried more times then I can count to get any amount of communication and when some one shows up finally they say Th fixed it and the. It never actually works

Month to Month Lease Daniel replied to my request. He understood that I have a month to month lease that ends on March 24 and the accounting department will contact me to make arrangements for a final payment. There is no other lease. Thank you.

Dishwasher Repair The maintenance people did a great job repairing the dishwasher in my apartment. There were some scheduling issues initially, but once those were worked out the repair was accomplished efficiently and quickly.
