don’t listen to the “good” reviews.

roach infested. the office hardly answers the phone. the sink is poorly put together (the pipe going into the wall is COVERED in plaster and looks like a mound of cracking and falling apart wall.) the dishwasher in the 2 bed 2 bath is smaller than the smaller apartments.? (my friend has the smaller one that’s how i know) everyday i feel disgusting waking up here and all i want to do is leave. if they try to do anything with our security deposit, there will be a lawsuit. or if they try to not let... us leave because my husband got orders and we have to terminate our lease, there will be issues. i wont recommend this place to my worst enemy. please do not go here. i would’ve rather gone into debt that get this place.

Check the carpet before you move in.

If you don’t they’ll find reasons to make you pay for carpet stains. By checking I mean rip the top layer and inspect it yourself.

Don’t do it go with someone else

I ignored all the comments on other pages about the move out and management trying to charge you for every little minor thing. Don’t be like me! I lived there for three years and don’t mind paying for minor things but getting charged to replace a carpet that is old is wrong. You must be crazy to think that I’m going to renovate your property on my dime! And one more thing, Your packages will be stolen from your front door if you don’t pick them up right away. Had it happen to me and management... didn’t do anything about it. Do your homework and read the reviews so you can see for yourself how bad the management is.
