Lazy management/maintenance

They don't fix anything. There were leaks in the ceiling months ago and all they did was cut out the ceiling and tape plastic bags over the giant holes. It looks like the damage is spreading and they continue to not do a single thing but say, "a lot of the apartments have it".
Well then, figure out a more urgent way to fix the issue. One at a time over 50 years doesn't seem like the best plan to accommodate your tenants. Make the place livable or pay for the moving costs to find somewhere else… .
This is completely unacceptable and I would advise anyone to not move here.
