The Main home has central heating and AC, the Guest home unit and the Casita unit both have heat only, but a portal AC or window AC unit is possible (at the tenant's expense if so desired), and the entire property and all units are on Septic, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant’s responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.
