• Collection account for utilities (e.g., electric, gas, water, internet, cell phones, etc.) will result in automatic denial, regardless of total amount.
• Ignore medical trade lines.
• Ignore education and student loan trade lines.
• No bankruptcies within 2 years, ignore if dismissed
