10 stars!!!

Thank you orchards for giving me a place to call home. I’ve never stayed anywhere where it felt like the people cared about their residents. Bryan Jaime Shelby and Rosie are the best! And make my stay here pleasant. Alicia is so sweet for doing the most for us. Eduardo Jose and Edward are amazing and it never takes long for my repairs to get done. Thank you again!

Wonderful community

I love where I live and I enjoy my stay. This is a great place to live everyone’s in the office is really nice especially the boys Bryan and Jaime. The manager Rosie and Shelby have done a marvelous job bringing the community together. The maintenance is fast and I appreciate them getting the work done fast. Edward always takes care of me and so do Eduardo and Jose. Special thanks to the cleaning woman Alicia for keeping my building clean and tidy.

I love it here!!

Thank you to all the staff here for being so nice to me and my sister Jaime and Bryan are kind and patient when we need help the rest of the office Rosie and Shelby are the nicest too. Eduardo Edward and Jose do a good job when it comes to fixing anything in our apartment and Alicia is amazing .

Bryan is the best! Him and the rest of the people in the office have been excellent especially Jaime Rosie and Shelby. The other people who help fix stuff are just as motivated like Edward and Eduardo and the new fella Jose. Alicia is incredible for her dedication

Love Living Here at The Orchards 55+

I enjoyed my Leasing Department staff here at the Orchards. Bryan, Jaime, Rosie - Manager, Shelby - Assistant, Edward, Eduardo, Jose - Maintenance and Alicia- They get the job done fast and efficient. They are very friendly and respectful.
