Ascot Park Apartments

Terrible, they have Rats Gnats bedbugs' roaches spiders bee's ants everywhere. They don't want to fix the wood that was already cracked and was already here before i moved in they assured me everything would be fixed before i moved in wasn't the case and because the previous manager got fired and now the new manager thinks it's not their problem and its on me for not having common sense and not being a inspector. Maintenance has been really terrible. washers and dryers still don't work after... over 2 years here. trash damage liter no disabled areas at all anywhere for my bedridden dad. they never respond to voicemails barely to email not even in office half the time. The website is terrible they charged me for their insurance multiple times automatic after I told them I already had my own. Me and the chair combined for 300 pounds is apparently so heavy that it's going to damage the floors through carpet and rollerblade wheels and they took it to the higher ups so they can charge me for it. There's mold most likely they couldn't care to send anybody to check just gave me a fan and ignored the water and wood coming out of my floor all over the apartment. got gnats under the sink water coming from upstairs 3 times. They took advantage I was a first time renter and we were desperate to find a place to live now I know why people don't like landlords at all. There's poop everywhere and dogs left unattended I'm throwing trash at night and there's a big pitbull blocking my way back to my apartment. i've had to make 49 maintenance requests 2 managers got replaced i think over 10 workers have gotten fired and now there going to want to charge me for damage's that is there fault for being slow to fix stuff. Water leaking into my lightbulb multiple times water leaking from the water heater. water leaking from under the toilet. water leaking from the bathroom vent above the toilet. Door was not done correcrlt after have 2 maintenance workers try it for over 12 hours of labor or manager gave up and had to hire a 3rd party to do it and had a big ego trying to prove a point to me about the sliding door just for it to fall on her and have maintenance fix it after 3 hours of labor and then got fired for having a big ego. Gnats came under my sink because whoever did the pipes didn't cut it to size so the garbage disposal leaked everywhere underneath so i had to cleaning everything get rid of all the dead bugs and pay out of my pocket for everything that got ruined Read More

Excited for my new apartment. I want to thank Lupe for helping me. She was very professional and she made the move in process super easy for me. I’m very appreciative.

There are a lot of QOL issues. Their website is a mess. poop is everywhere, so you can't even walk in the grass. Laundrymatt is useless if everything doesn't dry properly, or is misnumbered, accidentally ended up paying for a neighbor's wash 1 time, and everyone is forced to air dry or just drive to one. Maintenance can take up to two months to even do some tasks, not enough workers.

I have lived at ascot park for 4 yrs its office staff is of great help Irma and Alyssa are great they help in everything they can the area is nice and quite . every time i have an issue with maintenance my issues are fixed right away . all in overall ascot is the place to live !

I have lived at Ascot for a little over two years now. As a longtime resident of San Bernardino, I originally chose Ascot due to it's close proximity to several schools (I have 3 kids that range in grades elementary to high school). What sets Ascot apart from other apartments in the area is 1. The sense of community shown throughout the complex, and 2. Its affordability. I can have all the amenities and comfort of a luxury apartment complex, at 1/3 of the price, and knowing who my neighbors are.... Irma, the apartment manager, knows each tenant by name and can often be seen around the complex chatting with tenants and their families. With that being said, both Irma and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issues that may arrive, and with most of the concerns being solved same day. The landscape is always well maintained and inviting, and tenants are given ample notification regarding routine maintenance that might occurs on either the property grounds or in the units. Unlike other apartments that I have lived at (and looked at), there is always parking available, no matter what time you are coming or going. It is nice to know that despite my busy schedule, parking is not something I need to plan my days around. It is becoming increasingly rare to find an apartment that is affordable, safe, and close knit but with the Ascot I feel I have truly lucked out.
