Very Well Maintained The surroundings are very pleasant and offer good privacy. The unit is in good condition, and the property is very well maintained.

Lack of professionalism

I lived here for about 2 years and honestly it was OK. Better off going to Park Pacific (same apt layout but $500 cheaper) or Crystal Springs - a bit pricer but professional customer service.

Be prepared to wait 2-3 days for maintenance to complete your service request, and if you're looking for a 2nd parking spot, waitlist can take up to 6 months.

Oh also, if you have a concern and decide to contact AMC corporate and speak with the “Regional Manager” Annette, don’t be surprised if she starts… making unnecessary lawyer threats when you’re simply trying to get a straight answer about a question regarding your lease.

This was just my experience and things I did not like, there were some positives like a big pool and being able to pay directly with your debit card at the washers/dryers but really does not compensate for the negatives.

I love Serena Vista!

I love what they've done with the layout in my apartment. My bedroom is huge and I don't feel like I'm living in a tiny box. The staff is always friendly to me...and love the convenience of Mile Square Park and the freeway.
