Baywood Villas

Lived in this complex for 3 long years. It’s a nice neighborhood, but I had nothing but issues with mold and leaks in the Condo I was living in. It was so bad that the floors were flooded. The leakage was coming from my unit and the neighboring unit around me. The property management did not care and took months to send someone just to look at the issue. After that, it took even longer to have them send someone to fix it. So glad to get out of there. Enter at your own risk.

So far so good, the complex is quiet, nestled in a treeline surrounding, big swimming pool, spa, and children's playgrounds. Two miles to Fremont Bart and One mile to quarry lakes regional park. The apartment has updated stainless steel appliances, granite, and solid wood cabinetry. The people who live here are generally nice. They are kids here so be prepared to hear some noise.

These individually owned units, and not a ideal place for renting, most of the time you will end up for followups and landlord and with maintenance people, no proper amenities.

I'm a single mother of 4 . We are currently renting a condo in Fremont, Ca. I'm leaving with my 3 children ages 24'23 and 15. We are trying to pay our rent every month and make sure we have food on the table to eat. It's so hard for me and my daughter to meet up for everything. The rent payment is the hardest part of it though I wish that someday I will win the lottery to buy a small place for us.
