Bad management, Car break ins, Mail theft, Never returned deposit

Worst management ever. They just don't care.

My car was broken into twice while parked at the secure garage. My mails were stolen from the secured mail room.

These things happen. The difference is how the management deals with it. They were indifferent when I complained and didn't take any action.

It is luxurious only on the outside. Bath fixtures and things inside are not so luxury.

I asked for an inspection while I was still there, when I gave my move out notice. No one showed up.
I left… my apartment as clean as they gave it to me.

They gave me paint for touch up before I moved out.

Finally, they charged for painting and cleaning. Wrong accounting in my final settlement - charged for extra days.

Never returned my deposit.

No enforcement of quiet hours

Neighbors are allowed to play loud music after midnight (I am writing this at 12:20 AM today!) about this place unless you are a heavy sleeper. They recently changed management so that might have something to do with it, I’ve been sending emails and making calls (they told they would send a guard, but that was 30 minutes ago). During the day there are people practicing violin or piano, which is fine if you are not having a meeting and also IS NOT MIDNIGHT

Not Recommend

Poor building design. Really really bad parking spot assignment without much flexibility.

Poor build quality

Soundproofing is very weak. We have a small baby. Every time a bigger car passes by, it wakes the baby despite the load white noise we play all night long. I told the management, but they said it is what it is. It costs $7000 to break the contract. We are devastated. I wish they let us go without penalty.
