It a very well organized team here at Park Kiely. The laundry rooms are maintained and respected by residents. I haven't seen any major issues within the community.

great environment, decent amenities. A lot of the bad online comments seems too extreme. Apartment seems a little old but it's definitely a decent place to live.

I had an outstanding experience with the Resident Services team—Olwen, Perla, Leslie, and Mallory. Each of them was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met promptly, and their warm, attentive service truly made a difference. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
