Birchwood Garden Apartments

The manager is very very rude and behaves as if they are doing us a favor by letting us rent the apartment. The manager is not ready to listen to any requests or questions you have for the apartments. They asked us to do a separate application ($30 application fees) for each adult 18 years and above who will reside in the apartment. Another way of extracting more money out of you. They even increased the Apartment rent from what was finalized once they knew that we had paid the application fees.... Even after we agreed to pay the new rent, they denied giving us the apartment. Very unprofessional in their behavior. I wasted my time, money and efforts dealing with the rude Manager. I would recommend from staying away from this property and the manager. Read More
