Nice apartment and good staff

I like this place very much. Older apartment building but has been improved and its a smaller property which I also like. Grounds are kept clean. My apartment was updated and cleaned when I moved in. The staff is friendly and the bus stop is on the corner so I save money on gas and I don't like to drive much. I can actually walk to the shopping center. The best thing is I pay less rent in this area than most others. I looked around before moving here and the other prices were ridiculous.

Management LADY makes this place the worst place to stay

we have been staying in this property for 6 months the lady called Nataliya who works and stays in the community keeps disturbing all the time including nights she walks over property peep into ur cars and ur houses, she is the most annoying and weird person to stay with in community!

Beware! guys before renting this apartment

Let me explain why beware - management is cheat. When you move out they will not return your deposit at all, they will charge you for each and everything also they will charge you rent for one extra month. And now they have increased rent also, in the same rent you can find much nice communities in Fremont. Below is the list of issues you need to consider before moving to this apartment:
1. Parking lots are very congested, there is hardly enough space to pull in/out your car. If you are OK with… getting dents and scratches on your car then its fine.
2. Building have no AC so will get cooked during summers.
3. There are no exhausts in units, so for ventilation you will have to keep your doors/windows open. or smell stinks!
4. Doors/Windows insulation is very bad, units become cold very fast and your heater will keep on running always which will ultimately result in huge bills.
5. Building is very old and drainage gets choked very often, you will suffer this issue at least twice a month.
6. There is no storage room so you will find it very hard to keep your big stuffs in separate storage.
7. Forget your deposit amount, you will not get it.
8. be ready to pay extra one month rent while moving out, that they will tell you on your last days.

Nice Place for the price

This is a nice place and also I think affordable among all other apartments nearby. Even after the price, the apartments are spacious and they give free water and garbage pickup. Centerville school is a good school. Only flip side is that they don't have a play area for kids. But for the mentioned budget I think people can adjust. Also the office is in Regency so no Onsite help, but again they are quick to respond whenever you call them, so I am not complaining.
