This is my second lease renewal and both the times, management didn’t even bother to take a request about high increases.

Also I hate the fact I kept hearing that algorithm and backend decides the offer and there is no way we can change the offer. Seriously then why are humans needed and why do we need people in leasing office.

This apartment is a test apartment to see price increases for this area.

Also there are heavy smokers and heavy noise disturbances. Inspite of repeated notices nothing… has been addressed
