Worth the rent, at least!
It's not a big or flashy complex like some other, larger, or newer ones. Built in the early 1960s it definitely shows its age. However, it is a pleasant spot to live. My 2-bedroom apartment is quite spaceous and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere is rather relaxed - mostly families live in this small complex. Still, it is not without a few drawbacks: no AC units, only a 1st-floor heater, shower is intermittently hot and cold, and the walls are not at all sound proof. The maintenance guy is... quite nice and good at his job - the landlord, not so much. I have no idea if the landlord is capable of smiling. Even simple questions are met with a sigh, as if to say "why are you making me have to do my job?"
But if you can deal with the quirks, it really is a nice spot to live. Quiet area with polite neighbors.
