It used to be a good choice. But now, they get greedy and start charging for water and trash. With the non-stop rent increase, it is no longer worth it. I will move out after my lease ends

My wife and I have just moved in, and throughout the entire leasing process we experienced excellent customer service. Maria and Avanee are wonderful professionals and we're incredibly supportive. They truly made us feel at home and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress free. Their friendly and consistent communication made a great first impression.
Although the building is old(reason for 4star), it is clear that the maintenance team is doing a great job maintaining the property... .During our move-in inspection, we noted a few minor issues and reported them promptly. On our very first day, we discovered that one of the stove heaters was not working. After informing the leasing office, Mr. Pedro from the maintenance team arrived within minutes.He was very polite,cheerful and professional.

Overall, my experience living here has been a mixed bag, leading to a consistent 3-star rating. On the positive side, the community layout is pleasant, and I truly love the overall feel of the apartment itself. The location is convenient, and the neighbors are generally respectful, which makes for a quiet living environment most of the time.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the resident experience. Overall, my experience has been positive.

However, I have noticed a significant presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area, and I have also found that guest parking is consistently difficult to secure.
