Sundale

Rent goes up every year because this place isn't rent controlled, yet the washers/dryers stay the same break-down-weekly quality, the Sundale side gate only wants to work half the time, the key cards for the pedestrian doors simply do not open any of the doors, no A/C or washer/dryer in-unit, my bathtub "throws up" once a year because our plumbing is connected to our upstairs neighbors who throw things they shouldn't down the drain. Pools cleaned in the winter and let turn green during summer... when you'd want to use them. So far I've lived here 4 years (out of necessity in this expensive state) and in those 4 years they've had the parking lot repainted twice. Totally a service that was needed and wanted by all residents (sarcasm). Are you desperate in need of the cheapest apartment available in Fremont that accepts low credit? Come on down to Sundale. Apartments are safe and good but rent going up and up that's little depressing. Rest is all good. Front office guys are very good and very helping.

For the most part good. Maintenance is pretty fast to respond. Always within Twenty four hours of submitting request. My apartment does need a lot of upgrades but I have been in the same one over 5 years, so understandable.

Great experience living here, already 5months and still counting and we had no issues or challenges with management. It's an old property but the is always a maintenance team ready to assist if there is any challenge and I must comment about the awesome receptionists.Two wonderful ladies.

manager Avanee was helpful even with my multiple apartment visits and in clarifying the doubts. the houses are clean and kept ready for the viewing. Overall it was a smooth exp.
