Countrybrook condos in San Ramon CA . Do maintenance in the weekend drilling and making noises before 7:00 AM. When I ask them to stop there answer was I will not stop, but I will try to drill without noises!!!! What a place to live to live in.

Do not currently live in the complex, but we took a tour and the place was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. From the staff to the location this place is great.

We are living in this community since 2017 & will probably settle for years to come. This place is "Home" to us. We've lived several communities in the past & can say that home is not just a nice structure inside out but a place where you feel secure, safe & welcome. From the very start management team has been excellent in customer service & they've been consistent. They will try to work with you the best they can. My encounters with the Manager- Deborah, Asst. Manager - Brianna, Leasing Agent... - Elizabeth has been nothing less than great. They give you a feeling of assurance that they have your best interest at heart. Frank & David, the maintenance crews treats every repairs & issues with utmost care. It's very rare to have such a culture of caring people.They treat you like family not just renters in building numbers. This community is home if you want one."

We are living here since 2013 and the maintenance and the community here is very friendly. Any problem will be solved in no time by the maintenance team. Leasing office staff is very friendly and always ready to help!!!
