Worst apartment! Will rip you off when you move out! Stay away

Just moved out on 04/29/2021. Worst community ever! Stay away at all cost! was charged ridiculous Amount for cleaning and top of that for carpet cleaning as well. I have lived in 5 different communities in Fremont and no one has ever charged me for cleaning. The rents are high enough already to cover the cost so they they have no right to charge people for cleaning. They are just ripping off people who are moving out. Shame on them for doing this. Stay away! There are way better communities to… live in the Bay Area

Smoker haven

The apartment itself is okay but it claims to be a “smoke free apartment.” This is absolutely false. After almost year of notifying the apartment and authorities that weed has been coming into our apartment and seeing smokers outside our apartment and with proof of pictures, nothing has been done. Don’t move here if you expect a smoke free apartment. You will smell weed at least two or three times a week. Also, the walls and ceiling are paper thin, so unless you want to know what your neighbors… fight about at 3am and want to be bothered by children jumping around above you and having your next door neighbor blast music at all hours, don’t waste your money or time. The landlords certainly don’t enforce anything.

The Woods Apartments

Beautiful complex, next to Lake Elizabeth, less than a mile from shopping in all directions! Pool with barbeque inside, courtyard/play park area, makes it a very quaint, peaceful place. Staff and maintenance are always available to help. Feels like far away from the city, but it is so close to everything!
