The lady at the front office has no manners to talk to the person. When calling for the vacant apartment, she was so rude in answering the questions. If she keeps this type of attitude while talking to the phone cant imagine how badly she behaves in person

The BEST apartment complex I have lived in! The maintenance staff is the best part aside from the beautiful scenery and landscaping. Woodcreek's maintenance and staff are very helpful and friendly and are always very respondent to ANY and EVERY situation. They always have security that patrols the complex at night so I feel very safe and comfortable during my sleep hours. Even other residents are very friendly and respectful and that's just the type of environment this place gives you. Other... apartment complexes in the area do not have what Woodcreek offers and are priced well above this complex all the time. To say the least it is a hidden gem of an apartment complex. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I lived in Woodcreek apartment for 6 years and there isn't anything I could complain about. Quiet location, solid construction of the unit, well maintained and a Great staff. This community was recommended by one of our friend who lived here for 12 years, a hidden gem, not very many people know about it. We waited for about 2 months for a unit to vacate and felt the wait was well worth throughout our stay at Woodcreek.
Woodcreek management staff is the best staff I have ever seen in any... community, Diana is a great leasing manager who is always helpful. Miguel and Gustavo are the maintenance leads, always trying to improve the property. I had an issue with the refrigerator on a weekend evening and they replaced it with a new one immediately. All maintenance were done within few hours of the request.
Not all the people care about, but there is ample guest parking and you never have to park on the street. One downside is not having in-unit laundry but the community laundry unit is well maintained which accepts coins, never had been an issue with us.
