Went to view apartment Manager Yvonne was very helpful she showed me a two bedroom apartment unit was quiet very nice and clean community. Thank you for your help.

We are relocating from Southern California to the Fresno area for school and a more affordable cost of living. With a long distance move, this complex was one of the FEW to actually answer their phone, return calls and be in the office during office hours! The Manager said she just started this past October, she was very nice, even told us about various places in the neighborhood! I've been trying to call this complex for 3 weeks now! I got ahold of her once, she told me call the next day and she'd know if she'd have any opening and it's been 3 weeks since I've spoken to her! I've left messages, gone to the office. I can not get in touch with her! She's obviously not doing her job. They really need new management.

This place is full of liers!!!!!! There are no bay windows, pet play area, club house, no balcony and no storage units.... They charge to much for the area and the apts are very small. The supervisor Debra lies to you once your in there. Things never get fixed unless your kissing there buts or they need something from you. Kids run around day and night . without supervision. Water has no pressure because boiler is old and the pipes break. They turn your water off to do repair every other month... and it never is fixed. Stuff you put on front porch gets stolen. kids walk into apts they dont live in and take food and things that aren't there's. I lived there for the 12 months of lease you sign and moved. If you move into Alder Heights you need to speak spanish because thats all the employees speak. Pine Valley is another one of there places I hear its bad over there also. Read More
