This property has had many issues with different rental companies. As well as the owners are not very helpful. I moved in last August, and was told by the manager that there was still the other occupies belonging inside and in the patio. Cheri informed me that with in my week of moving in everything would out and cleaned up. I received me keys and did my pre-inspection. I did a throughly inspection and wrote down everything that needed to be fixed, cleaned, or replaced and also took many... pictures. I gave the paper work back to Cheri and was informed that everything will be up to par within my first month. Nothing happened. Not only that she lost all my paper work, I made her copies of all my papers. I went to the website for Robert properties and put in many work request. I got a call from Cheri stating that I did not need to put these request with them because they would not do them. That I should continue to give her a call or text with my many issues. A few months pass by still nothing. The property the was managing my apartments was no longer managing them. I was introduced to a new property management company and was given the opportunity to chat with the new manager and give her my concerns. I informed her of everything that was still not fixed in my apartment 4 months later. I still had the other occupies stuff in my patio yard and lots of things that needed to be fixed right away. She did a walk through with me once she was settled in. She told me she would speak to the owners and let them know the situation. Well 3 months go by she said after they have finished putting in the new stairs and doing a little up keep on a few items that my apartment would be next. Well another month goes by. And a big issue got bigger. I had a small leak in my shower that would lead out to my hallway. I came home after work one day and it was everywhere. It leaked into my bedroom, my hallway and living room. I called her told her what happened, she would send a plumber the next morning. The plumber came did a few things to try. It was still leaking I put towels down that I would then changed every other day because it still wasn't fixed. I called her told her what was going on still. She said they would do a check again. But not to worry she would get it done a few weeks pass and another month passes. I got fed up and told her again. She said she would let the owners know again.
