If you seek a family environment, look somewhere else. Management tells tenants business to other tenants. Management calls tenants jobs multiple times without seeking if what is being said is true. Laundry room rarely gets serviced. Lots of violence in apartments. Constantly tries to get over on tenants. Dates notices the day before but doesn’t put notices on till the day after. Ive been here just short of a year. The roaches never go away because there is no regular pest control here. We are expected to go sign up on a list to get pest control in our units, but when none of your neighbors are signing up for pest control it makes no sense to keep signing up for pest control every month. The roaches don't go away because nobody else is signing up! The manager doesn't want to spray regularly around the buildings so roaches keep coming. Waiting for my lease to end! Great... staff doesn't matter. It is unhealthy to live with roaches, especially with children. They have a grade of F with the Better Business Bureau, to no surprise. Read More

I just moved out of these horrible apartments a few months ago, don't be fooled by the so called good reviews. They had a special going on that if you gave them a good review they would waive the application fees. Every bad review is TRUE.
They are roach infested, you will see them on the first day you move in. They will assure you they do weekly pest control but that is temporary. The bugs keep coming back because they have cracks and gaps everywhere from doing a bad job putting the apartment... together.
You can see a cut out in a lot of the bathroom where mold was and they paint over it.
I took a bath for the first time to sit in the tub and realize it was all sticky. I realized it was white spray paint that they used to cover a black ring around the tub. They spray paint over dust and areas instead of properly cleaning them.
During the summer you will find the so called sparkling pool turn into a horrendous green.
There is absolutely no confidentiality here, expect the office workers to talk about your business to their friends and family who live here.
The units are poorly made where I can clearly hear my neighbor above me and know exactly what room he/she was in.
Lots of kids running around unattended and lots of drug activity here too. Read More

The staff was friendly, helpful and quick it was a little confusing finding the office but once I did they were great.
