Poor maintenance and no staff or manager ever wanna help with anything such as wall leaks, ac units, water leaks and more.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND LOOKING BETTER EVERYDAY. BECAUSE OF AWESOME MANAGEMENT THE AREA HAS BECOME BETTER. THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT WELL AND THE NEW UNITS ARE AWESOME.

When we first moved in we were shocked that we found such a large one bedroom for a small price but it soon became clear why. Our apartment is infested with roaches! They've only sprayed once in the 7 months we've lived here and I've asked for another service since then, it's like they're ignoring us because last week our disposal broke, and they still haven't fixed it! When the guy came to fix it I asked him to return in ten minutes because I was headed out the door with my son to go shopping... and we would be in his way (he also needed to tighten the toilet seat and sink faucet) he never returned and when I called they said I shouldn't have turned him away that he has three complexes to maintain? Its still not fixed and she said she'd send him out two days ago. There is s new management company that has taken over so they are doing construction to make the place better but they tore down all the trees, I've found nails in my tires, and there is paint, concrete, and debris all over the grass in front of our quad. The pool has been closed most of the summer and is now broke. And the playground has broken glass in the sand. Very disappointed with how this place turned out to be and now they are charging even more in rent for a not so good area. Read More
