About Casa Del Rey Apartments

Casa Del Rey's beautiful recreation area features two swimming pools (one large and one small), two each of lighted tennis courts and basketball areas and two each of horseshoe and shuffleboard games. Our… gym is fully equipped with universal weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines.

Also available is a large barbeque area with tables and three gas barbeques, which can be reserved for private parties.

Our clubhouse has many lovely features which include a large game room that has two pool tables. Also featured at the clubhouse is a lounge area which includes a bar and large television. This area can be reserved for private parties.

As a courtesy to our residents we provide the following at no cost: tennis rackets and practice balls, billiard balls and cue sticks, horseshoe sets, basketballs, and cookies and coffee are offered daily in our relaxing lounge.

To further encourage a sense of community here at Casa Del Rey, we put on many holiday parties for our residents. A fun time is had by all at our Thanksgiving, Christmas, and springtime dinners and parties.

Our complex features not one, not two, but 21 laundry rooms for our residents' convenience.

Finally, in addition to the apartment features listed in the section below, our beautiful units are equipped with custom ash cabinets, ceramic tile counter tops and flooring, fluorescent lighting, double closets, and five different floor plans.

Not helpful if something goes out

2 years in a row my ac has gone out in the middle of summer. Its been off almost a week this time with heat over 100. Office doesn't follow up with communications well, they rarely answer the phone and I usually don't get call backs when leaving messages. Hard to get them to replace things that are old. Took over 2 months to replace my stove that went out. I've been living here about 2 years and plan to make steps to relocate.

Do Not Rent Here!!!

The apartments are full of roaches!!! They eat through the plastic seal around the sinks and tiles in the kitchen and restrooms. I asked the office to have people spray, but it never works!!!! Do Not Move Here!!! worst place to live!!!!

I did a walk through on a Saturday the snotty punk that works in the office on weekends ignored my concerns.Roaches on the floor and the kitchen was no where near move in ready.After moving in on the following Tuesday I found the apartment to be infested with roaches.I brought the two woman managers sandy and Angel to see and when I pulled my bed away from the wall several roaches scurried away.They agreed to spray the next day instead of next week.I'm moving out as soon as possible .They also… have car break ins and bumbs steal clothes from the laundry room.Horrible experience. I wouldn't wish this place on my wort enemy.They also have only one maintenance person for 209 units.He is great,Joe,but its too much for one person.

Bug rat squirrel

These pest live if you rent here they are everywhere and they dont do nothing about it some of the wall have hole in it and in the roof as well dont rent unless you are a bug and rat fans .

Casa Del Rey Review

Casa Del Rey is a small family complex. The Look of the building are a little outdated and in need of need of new paint. Casa Del Rey has both covered and uncovered stalls. Stalls are first come first serve, covered stalls upon request. Casa Del Rey has 2 pools, the first sits on the far side of the complex. Small , Dirty Most days with leaves and bugs. The bigger pool is much cleaner with decent seating around the edge. This pool a tennis court and half basketball ball court are directly in… the middle of the complex. The apartments have no washer or dryer hook up but have public wash machines on site, outdated appliances , Faulty equipment if not kept up with every 3 months "fans ,Toilets , Air vents ect". Walk ways and stairs are covered with bird droppings. Pigeons live and next in the cracks. Can be rather loud during the summer. Maintained promised to take care of the situation 3 months ago. Everything takes forever to be fix due too not enough employees. lastly mail has been an issue. Break-ins, faulty door locks and labeling.
