Roches everywhere, bad job plaster covering huge holes in walls, old smelly carpets, they spray painted the shower walls white and did a horrible job. Kitchen flooring peeling. Towing company taking cars from permitted parking stalls, apartment owner dosnt want to hear it and ignores any issues, same with the manager. Your car and your family on not secure there. Stay away!!! Don’t Rent here!!! You will regret if you do.

Worst appartment I ever see .very dirty and filthy atmosphere.management don’t care abt ur phone calls and messages never reply it back .full of roaches everywhere.cars towed very frequently.pls don’t come to hire this place

If I could give a zero or negative number for this apartment I would. I don’t write a review but i make an exception to warn people about the unhealthy and unsafe conditions of this community.
- Expect ROACHES in the apartment unit.
- Laundry areas are filthy and not maintained. You would not even want to wash and dry your clothes.
- Small swimming pool - expect algae
- Cracks and holes on pavement/driveway build up water during rainy days. Flash flooding
- Appliances are fully depreciated -... 1980s model - For as long as it is not broken or dead - deal with it.
- When you request for a change of something, property owner is unwilling to deliver - evade responsibility until you feel helpless.
I never wanted to move in to this apartment in the first place but due to time constraints I was forced to do so because i badly needed a place and this community has the only one with available unit walking distance to my work. I regret the decision and I should have chosen a different one - good one!

If you are considering this apartment, think twice or more than twice before you make a decision. Everyone deserves a decent living and this apartment community is by far not preferable or considerable. Go for good ones.
