Fantastic Manager on-site!

I have lived at CoCo Palms for approx 6 yrs and love the manager. She is about her business and makes every effort to fix any issues tenants have. The property is well kept, although an older dwelling. The pool is always cleaned on a weekly basis. Considering this is a multi-family complex, they keep it really clean.
