Poor living conditions. Overprice. Poor management. Looks nice online, but nightmare in reality.
I had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment. The manager is mostly not always on the office, whenever I had concerns. They have office staff but most of the matter they cannot answer your concern. The surrounding area was poorly maintained — there was often trash and a lot of dog waste left around, which made the environment unpleasant. Neighbors smoke a lot of Pot which is not healthy for non-smokers.
The washer and dryer were damaging our clothes, the hinge on the washer... cabinet was barely hanging on, water was dripping from the AC inside our home, and our bathroom often smelled like cannabis, likely coming through the vent.
When I moved out, I felt overcharged. I had already paid the required penalty for breaking the lease, but they still withheld almost my entire deposit. I understand standard charges like cleaning and carpet cleaning, but charging for painting, extra labor due to spider webs as they say, after only six months felt excessive and unfair.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. Between the poor management, unresolved maintenance issues, dirty surroundings, and unreasonable move-out charges, it simply wasn’t worth the money or stress. Tenants, if you want to live horribly, this a place to stay.

Hi Jantzen,
We appreciate the positive interactions you had with our office staff and management team during your stay. It was a pleasure getting to know you, and we were hopeful your time in Fresno would have gone as planned.
We understand that... early lease terminations come with challenges, and we strive to handle those transitions as smoothly and fairly as possible. Regarding your concerns at move-out: charges related to cleaning, repairs, and damages are assessed based on the condition of the apartment upon departure. We do our best to ensure all charges are clearly documented and compliant with lease terms and state guidelines.
We also regret hearing about the maintenance and environmental concerns you encountered during your stay. Some of this is new information that was not brought to our attention during your residency. We do our best to respond promptly to service requests and maintain the property grounds, and we recognize there are always opportunities to improve.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at (559) 433-9166. We wish you all the best moving forward and thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
