Not worth it

I've been renting for 10 years, and they take the cake for the most incompetent, careless, complex I've ever rented from. I give people a lot of grace because we are all human, but these particular humans do not care what emergency you have? or any urgency to fix it nor do they communicate in the process so you're in limbo. I'm paying 2k for WHAT.

Poorly Run Facility

- Management is bad at maintaining the property. - Overpriced utilities worked into your bill because they work their watering cost into your bill. - Nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner. - Major insect problems. - Trash disposal is not done often enough. - Theft issues in the apartment complex. - You have to pay through a separate app that charges $15 a month for a subscription. - 60 day move out clause because they want to keep you there without maintaining anything. - Wont refund you… the proper monetary amount for fixing items yourself after waiting months on end to have them fix it. - My neighbor also almost burned his entire unit down. - They don't fix structural safety issues before you move in so make sure you walk the apartment before renting it. - Huge deposit compared to other apartments.

Our team is committed to providing a well-maintained community and addressing maintenance requests as promptly as… possible. We also provide routine pest control service every Thursday and encourage residents to let us know if any additional treatment is needed so we can respond quickly.
Utility costs and recurring fees are reviewed during the leasing process and are outlined in the lease agreement so residents know what to expect before moving in. We also continue working to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and that any necessary repairs are completed prior to a new resident taking possession.

Great Location

The complex is not facing major roads so it's pretty quiet for an apartment. I like the shopping down the street and Woodward Park is really close with walking trails nearby, too.

Horrible management

They put everyone through collection when you move out for your final check except what they don’t mention is they don’t take you off even when you pay.... oh and kiss your security deposit good bye they’ll make up excuses to take it.

You vacated a month early which meant that you owed your move out prorate for the final month of $1,026. You did not pay that upon move out. We expressed that by not making the payment, it could affect the final accounting. Your security… deposit was not enough to cover the unpaid rent and the $371 in move out charges. Had you paid the rent, you would have received over ½ of your security deposit back. You mailed your final payment and it crossed paths with the collection agency as they began to reach out to you. The moment we received payment, we let them know and they confirmed that they would close the account immediately. We did communicate that with you. We are sorry that you felt the need to post this review, as we tried to keep you informed along the way.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

My family and I have lived in these apartments since 2013, the old management and maintenance crew were amazing! New management came in and they are terrible. The ladies in the front are always rude their customer service sucks. Any time we need a light bulb or something fixed in our apartment it takes days for maintenance to finally come. I used to love living here but now it’s just terrible.
