Hunter Place

I called today to get information about the property. The gal that I spoke with should be teaching other property managers about what customer service truly is. She answered every question I had and even answered questions that I didn't know I had. I feel so much more informed about the rental process, it does not feel as overwhelming now. I would truly recommend this property, and this is based on only one phone call!

The apartments look nothing like the pictures.
There is no security. There's roaches every where. They don't fix anything they just cover it. There's a lot of drug use here. In the summer there's creepy drunk people that watch you swim in the pool. The higher your rent every new lease agreement. This has been the worst apartments. If your thinking of moving here DONT.

The managers here are so highly rude they still from the office they are so unprofessional
They bring they problems from home to there job and oh my gosh they grounds is full with dog poop and my friend she live it one of the units there its so old they did not remodeled any thing
For and she been there for 9yrs they move in all most everyone and any thing not cool
Or safe for children

When we were looking for an apartment we were looking for something friendly, clean and convenient to shopping. Their is a major grocery store with in walking distance along with other stores. Hunter Place offers a swimming pool a work out room , Free Wi-fi , a business computer room in the office during the day, and laundry rooms in several sections of the complex. The staff is professional and friendly they make you feel at home. Repairs are given quick attention when they are needed. ...
