I love it here and have for several years. The office ladies are so friendly and helpful!

If you want your house being broken or cars broken into, living in fear, this is the place to go. This place is in no shape, or form for families or kids. Please look somewhere else. You will regret looking much further into this place!

We have emailed more than once about our lousy upstairs neighbors to the staff in the office. They act like they care but they really don't. It sucks. If they did something about these kinds of issues, it would be much better for the people living here. There's more than 3 other apartments open right to the corner where they can be transferred too. I understand they can't do much about lousy upstairs neighbors. But we've even shown evidence and how it's affecting our life style itself. Not allow to have anything in or on our own patio. There is so much traffic coming in and out. There is so much gang activity. There's trash everywhere. No security guards. There's no assign parking stalls. Maintenance quality is very poor.

I lived there for 5 years. Everytime something was wrong and I called maintenance they would never come out or they would enter my apartment without my permission. When they fix the apartment for people to move in they just clean the carpet. I know for a fact there is black mold under the hall way carpet and mold all over the wall in the bathroom but they just paint over it and clean the carpet. The carpet needs to be replaced and the wall deep cleaned then repainted. The dish washer never... worked in the first place. Never move there. They even find excuses to kick you out when you start calling the owners and let them know your having trouble with the hired management. Also they never help if you have problems with a neighbor.
