Owner does not care about any residents. Maintenance and HVAC do not fix problems. There are floods in units whenever it rains, heaters do not work and apartment complex is infested with roaches. Owner will not help to fix issues with bug infections and say it is your fault. There is no insolation for any units and spiders will come inside to live WITH you. There is mold on tiles and almost every appliance such as fridge and stove have roached living inside and owner will deny it. Vents are... infested as well, when turning on cooling roaches will fall out. Some sort of greasy liquid will form on walls from upstairs units. My apartment is a 1 bedroom loft. It feels very spacious with the bedroom upstairs. The building is gated and located a few minutes from shopping center, my fitness center and surrounded by fast-food restaurants. It is only 9 minutes from downtown of Fresno and less than 4 minutes to the nearest mall. It only takes 11 minutes to get to my job which is located on the city west side. Its a very comfortable place to live.
