Maroa Lanai Apartments

This home is a one bedroom old 1940's house style apartment triplex with a lot of charm and character. It is connected to two other homes on the same property. It is near the city college and has a business/commercial feel to it's foot traffic, and located on a one way street. I feel very safe here day and night. This property has many green plants and bushes and is almost entirely shaded by large trees which I often get compliments for by passersby. One pedestrian commented: "You've got... like on your own oasis here." In the summer, unless we hit triple digit temperatures, I don't even turn on the air conditioner; a house fan will do. We have a detached three car garage with remote control, electric garage door openers. We also boast a washroom with coin-op washer and dryer located very conveniently on the property. The property managers are quick to respond to our needs, and repairs. Each home has it's own yard area section, and backyard patio area with space for a small party of eight to barbecue and dine. We also have a spacious gardening area to grow our organic vegetables, etc. I have two, great, elderly neighbors who have been here for over six years each.
