Outrigger may not be for you
Although I did feel safe there and was a tenant for years before moving.The gates are never fixed. Cars get broken into all the time.They don't fix anything in your apartment, There's no pool, you can't BBQ and you can't have pets and once you move in they raise the rent every year.

Safe & inexpensive
I moved into this 20 apartment complex after the house I was living in was sold too fast to really look wisely. I planned to stay a minimum of 90 days and here I am 4 1/2 yrs later and would not move because I feel safe and it's affordable for me. I'm ready to move to another city and I want to feel the same. Safe and inexpensive....
