Horrible
Roach infested , neighbors threatened us if we called the cops for them stealing stuff from us that they would hurt my family management wasn’t too helpful and was very rude I felt like that place was very racist

Nice place to live
The complex is nice and they keep it up. Gardners come every week, maintenance does their jobs, and the office workers are nice and helpful. My building is newly remodeled so it is pretty nice. I would recommend living here.

Manger is really nice been living here since like 2017 very quite apartment maintenance keeps up with apartment and near a lot of stores which is good

Management and Maintenance are friendly and quick to fix repairs needed. Neighbors are easy to get along with.

I have lived here since 09/06/13 and I myself has had no problems. Pinewood place is a quiet, safe, clean, gated community and I would gladly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe quiet place to live, it even come with a mini playground for the kiddos. I have never stayed more than 5yrs at any complex. Thank you to the managers, maintenance and the grounds keepers and security for keeping our safe place safe!!!
