Horrible
My mom & i moved here to this apartment complex in October 2022, and moved out of this apartment complex here in fresno just a few months ago, and for the 2& a half years that we were living there , it was, just way to much $ for paying rent for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, and the place that we are living at now is so much better single level apartments, nobody above us , swimming pool which is so very nice to have.

Greatest Place Ever
I believe that this place is amazing because of the spectacular views and it's breathtaking moments, but can some one please tell my cousin that it is a great place to live because he doesn't think so.

Recommend don't go here
Don't go there; they are all nice showing you apartments until you give a holding deposit. Then they say they will sent you an email with information about what they need, but they never did. It's easy for them to blame you and tell you there gonna cancel your application and for you to resubmit it again,when you are the one reaching out and asking what you need.

Terrible place
Gate is always broken, allowing break ins & stolen property. Management + Security have done absolutely nothing, says “it isn’t there problem”.
Plus poor insulation & huge bug issue
