The Parks at Fig Garden

Move here at your own risk. I currently stay here and I can tell you these are some of the worst apartments in Fresno. Most folks in Fresno know these apartments for drugs, bad management and disrespectful tenants. The pictures shown here are very funny to look at. That green pond your looking at usually has forty ounce beer bottles and trash in it. That picture of the large workout room is actually a small room with an outdated gym machine. Be prepared to give your I.D. to the staff... before working out. It is a requirement from management. That picture of the basketball courts is missing the tennis courts with no nets and trash from the meth addicts who camp out right behind it. Cars are constantly stolen from the parking lots. I also have pictures of one of the walkways shown in the picture with human feces flowing down the sidewalk. There is an issue with the roots of trees that affect the plumbing. Police are constantly in the apartments and the neighborhood is one of the worst in Fresno. Management changes all the time and the team that is currently here leaves early most of the time. There is currently a notice being placed around from management, requiring a million dollar insurance policy for jumpers used at children's birthday parties. Funny because there are no rules set to keep young children from routinely sneaking into the swimming pools. They do not check credit but, they require a credit check fee. I know this personally because I have evictions on my record but, managed to slip right passed the credit check. Now for the good things, there are roaches everywhere!!!!
