Loud and not luxury

I was genuinely excited to move into this complex, but that feeling has quickly changed. Unfortunately, I’m now looking forward to moving out. A major issue has been noise. Living in a downstairs unit, I can hear nearly everything from the upstairs neighbor—especially when they flush the toilet or use the shower, as the water running through the walls is very noticeable.

There are also functional concerns. The bathroom light is motion-sensored and often turns off while I’m in the shower,… requiring me to step out just to wave my hand and turn it back on, which is inconvenient and frustrating.

As a working professional, I was hoping for a quiet, comfortable, and safe place to live, but my experience has been the opposite. While the property is marketed as “luxury living,” it has not met those expectations.
