The complex is under new management and Melanie at the front office has been very helpful. There are still some things that need to be fixed, but it looks like it is getting on the right track!

Since moving in here I have not had any mail delivered. The USPS refuses to deliver and all mail is now being returned to sender.
I get my pay check in the mail but now I have problems getting it.
The manager (info from USPS) refuses to fix mail boxes and has been asked on several occasions to fix them.
This is quite unacceptable in 2015.
Is there a government body we can report this to?

The manager doesn't fix maintenance issues even after asking for over nine months. Issues have been shown, requested to be fixed and absolutely nothing gets taken care of. The maintance man is extremely inappropriate with woman tennents. It's a terrible place to live.

The property manager is not very nice and is hard to get ahold of and lacks any type of social skills. I had issues with things getting fixed, basic questions before I moved in, then when I moved out I have had issues getting my deposit. Over all it would have been a find place to stay if there was a property manager that was more professional but it was not worth having to deal with her to live here. I recommend living else where.

Decent place to live for the price. But manager does not fix anything quickly. My mailbox has been consistently broken into. Plumbing always gets backed up. Manager is never around and never answers the phone or returns phone calls. Community is good and does look out for one another. Close to schools. Pool gets closed at 9 and management is the only one who has a key.
